1. Manage logistics to fulfil supermarket outlet deliveries.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Accounting

• Assist with maintaining records relating to ongoing work and work completed.
• Preparation of invoices for work completed/ in progress, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/ TT and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of intercompany invoices and assist with the posting of transactions (Quick Books or Zero).
• Maintain records and process monthly business and personnel expenses incurred.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts/ reports (P&L, accounts payable/ receivable)
• Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters
• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with Group Accountant during annual audit process.
• Assist with payroll, CPF and any other required statutory submission.
• Liaise with Group Accountant as required.

Administrative

• Provide administrative support with regards to data capture on CRM, including enquiries, jobs confirmed and updating client details.
• Provide administrative support for consultants with regards to timesheets, monthly expenses etc.
• Assist consultants with any administration work, data capture, preparation of survey reports or correspondence relating to any ongoing work in progress.
• Assist with document control, filing and retention of records on Dropbox.
• Maintain records of all subscriptions/ license and arrange for renewal as required.
• Assist with obtaining quotations for the procurement of new equipment, software or other assets as well as attending to repair and maintenance requirements as needed.
• Assist with marketing activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or graduate with a qualification in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of work experience in the accounting field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to details, high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• PC literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Requirements

Job Summary

Overtime required during quarterly GST submission period, monthly closing and yearly closing

6 days per week

Minimum requirement: LCCI

Need to have at least more than 10 years of accounting experience

Prefer trilingual (Malay, English and Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure
• timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting
• system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office
• supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

Job Description

• Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties which includes invoice preparation, sales verification, month end closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and process documents such as Invoices (Credit Terms & Cash Terms) & Credit Notes.
• Perform tracking & monitoring of collections & payments including updating of Aging list for dissemination to Sales team for follow up.
• Reconcile outstanding payments, billing disputes, discrepancy.
• Prepare & process Purchase Order (PO).
• Assist in the full spectrum of Stock duties which includes daily stock movement, monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure AR/AP/GL transaction into the accounting system timely and accurately

Job Requirements

• LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Highly organised, strong time management with the ability to prioritise

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 08.30am to 12.30pm

Job scope:

• Handle AP/AR/GL functions for the assigned accounts

• Process and verify invoices

• Ensure that all invoices are processed in accordance with financial procedures and are duly supported with properly approved documentations

• Responsible in scheduling payments and ensuring sufficient cashflow

• Handle queries on invoices and payments for internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare monthly vendor statement of accounts reconciliations

• Process PO requests and ensure they are in compliant with the procurement policies

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders for Finance related maters

• Prepare journal entries and management accounts

• Perform month end and year-end financial closing activites

• Assist with internal and external audit queries

• Assist in system implementation projects and provide support in user acceptance tests

• Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned
