Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts
• Prepare the monthly financial reports on timely
• Liaise with auditors for yearly audits for audit or tax purposes.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior account staff, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure financial operations comply with policies and regulations.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience
• Proficient in computer skill such MS Office
• Relevant experience in the residential development or service industry
• Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and responsible team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• Experience in handling full set of accounts

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in construction/real estate industry is a plus

• Self motivated, results oriented and multi-task

• Familiar with Accpac Accounting software preferred

• Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent & organized, team player, with initiative & resourceful

• Great working attitude and being able to work well in a team

• Good Communication skill
