• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as MS Business Central, Accpac, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills working as a team player. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

- General Data Entry Of Transactions
- Handle Partial Accounts, Including Transaction Under AR/AP to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Process and handles Debtors and Creditors billings and payments related matters
- Prepare monthly staff claims
- Handling communications with clients and vendors for accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with procurement and liaising with vendors
- Assist with preparing and collating financial reports and schedules
- Assist in accounts department documentations
- Assist in updating Annual leave and MC
- Any other ad-hoc admin and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum Tertiary Education
- 2-3 years related working experience
- General understanding of Sales and Projects processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with MYOB knowledge and accounts related certification
