RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is to provide excellent customer service to guests and the general public and perform office administrative duties at the THKMC CS office.

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and attend to guests and visitors at THKMC CS with a positive and helpful attitude
• Handle phone calls and follow up on enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
• Sorting and distribution of mails
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and clean, with sufficient amenities provided.

Office Administrative Duties

• Order of office supplies. Eg stationery, pantry snacks etc
• Issuance of stationery to staff
• Updating of CS staff and Centre directories
• Arrangement of courier service
• Any other administrative duties as and when assigned

• Minimum ITE Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition

• Excellent communication skills and able to provide good customer service

Reservations Executive / Assistant Reservations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Reservations Executive or Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible to maintain an accurate record of all reservations, handling inquiries and bookings in a timing basis, displaying excellent phone and customer service skills, provide training and coaching to the Reservations Agents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Reservations Department
• Creating and updating room reservations via the PMS
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the system.
• Ensure all Reservations Agents promote upselling to maximise hotel revenues.
• Managing special requests and room allocations.
• Resolve any booking issues or discrepancies in a professional way.
• Provide training in all aspects of reservations operations to the subordinates to ensure a high degree of accuracy in reservations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage group bookings from Sales, follow up and follow through with the Sales Manager to ensure for smooth operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Responsibilities:

The Audit Manager manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement. • Sustainability Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of GHG emissions reports and other sustainability reports in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD).
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting processes.
• Analyze and interpret sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a robust sustainability reporting system to track progress and measure performancce.
• Sustainability Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our GHG emissions and carbon footprint, identifying key drivers and areas for reduction.
• Develop and refine models to forecast future emissions and assess the impact of different mitigation strategies.
