This job role is to support the procurement team mainly. The job entails learning the Purchaser's functions such as PO issuance, reconciliation of DOs with POs and invoices in order to assist the Purchaser.

1. Learn to use in-house procurement system to issue POs, check inventory levels, generate reports etc.
2. Reconciliation of delivery orders with purchase orders and invoices.
3. Creating POs, uploading DOs on in-house system.
4. Work with colleagues on fulfilling requests.
5. Checking subcontractor's billing as required.

• Report immediately to HOD and relevant personnel of any technical and disciplinary problems encountered during production.
• Seek approval from HOD before troubleshooting.
• In-charge of safekeeping of keys to main gate and ensuring that the gate is always locked after office hours.
• In-charge of the keys to the raw materials room and intermediate room when the Controller is absent.
• To check that the production procedure is followed and report any deviation from standard practice stated in the BMR.
• Report any non-compliant behavior according to GMP standards.
• Be well-trained in GMP standards.
• Provide suggestions for improvement of production work flow and its control.
• Willingness to learn all the production processes and operation and control of each piece of equipment.
• Perform the required administrative duties such as submitting the daily report, monitor the flow of BMR.
• Train new or existing production personnel according to training schedules from HOD.
• Assist the HOD with the production work flow.
• Duties as and when assigned by the Company.
