• To provide necessary support to PaxOcean Group HSE for all matters
• Function as the appointed Fire Safety Manger (FSM) for the yard and ensure all requirements as per Fire Code are being complied with

The Research Assistant (RA) will have knowledge of coastal ecosystem services, social sciences, carbon policy, environmental science, and/or similar coastal environmental issues at the policy-academic interface. Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman & CEO.
• Provide support to the daily activities of the Chairman & CEO including emails and meeting arrangement.
• Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by Chairman & CEO including co-ordination.
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
• Attend to Chairman & CEO’s personal work.
• Any other duties as required by the Chairman & CEO

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma/degree

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the hull maintenance team ensuring timely delivery of vessel
• Manage and execute planned and corrective maintenance activities
• Supervise and guide workers in maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with customer, suppliers, contractors when required
• Perform basic administrative works (MS words and excel)
• Any tasks as directed by Department Head.

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or related
• Those with no prior experience will be provided with training (Classroom and on the job)
• Possess understanding of how to read 2D engineering drawings
