Position: Accounts & Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Oversee full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Manage month-end and year-end financial closings and prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with local tax laws (GST, corporate tax, etc.) and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Administrative Management:
  • Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure the implementation and adherence to office policies.
  • Manage HR functions including payroll processing, employee records, and leave management.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
• Team Leadership and Process Improvement:
  • Lead the finance and admin team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Initiate and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial and administrative management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships.

Information:

1. Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500
2. Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6:10pm)

Responsbilities:

• Full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and document all transactions.
• Process Goods Return Note, Bank in cheque & update of incoming funds in system.
• Update payment and follow-up with customers on overdue sums & debts collection.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare AR monthly cash flow forecast, and Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Liaising with auditors and assist in process improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and other application

F&B and retail business requires a part time accounts assistant. must be able to do full sets of accounts including profit and loss and Balance Sheet. Familiar with CPF and MOM advantageous. Must be able to do submissions for surveys etc. As usual must be good with figures, meticulous and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

• Record and manage daily financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and receipts.

2. Billing and Invoicing

• Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.

3. Budgeting and Expense Management

• Assist in preparing the company's budget and monitoring expenses.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and detailing materials.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Customer Account Management

• Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts, including service history and payment status.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries or disputes related to their accounts.

5. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, such as GST (if applicable).
• Assist in filing tax returns and ensuring accurate financial records for auditing purposes.
• Provide management with regular financial updates and insights.

6. Payroll Support

• Manage employee payroll, including attendance tracking and salary calculations.
• Ensure timely payment of wages and deductions for CPF, and other statutory contributions.
