2.Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.

3.Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom

• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers

• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department

• Preparation of all documentation for delivery

• Manage showroom and test-drive cars

• In charge of showroom and pantry area

• Perform administrative duties
