Job Description
• To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
• To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
• To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
• To ensure smooth production operation with production report
• To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield
• To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Any other jobs as assigned by Manpower supervisor

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline
• Basic operation & manpower control knowledge.
• Basic computer software knowledge such as Microsoft Excel or Words
• Good communication skills.

• IT Security Control / Incident Management / Cyber Security

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Branch IT Risk Framework (eg: IT Risk Register, Technology Committee, critical system assessment, due Diligence of IT outsourcing)
• Working with Japan HO IT Risk Management Div Cyber Security Team & performing system risk assessment or conduct Cyber Security Exercise.
• Responsibility of Cyber Security Training for employee and Senior Management.
• General security awareness training to all employee.
• Cyber Security Incident desktop exercise to Senior Management.
• Manage and maintain IT Policy and Procedures.
• Responsibility of the third party assessment counter person such like IT Auditor and implement appropriate mitigation/remediation plan.
• Oversight the Security Control of IT environment. Working IT infra team & IT Dev team to improve security enhancement such as Patch Management /MAS vulnerability circulation, Access Control and Monitor the
• Segregation control of each IT role.
• Review and manage contract renewal with IT vendors under MAS Outsourcing Guideline.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Experience of Information Security Management ISO/IEC 27001 or certified CISSP or CISM is advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Risk and Cyber Security experience and preferably with working experience of MAS technology regulation in banking sector or similar regulated industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of network PC/Devices, multiple Cloud Service or/and platform operating systems.
• Demonstrates strong technical skills, ability to provide creative solution to problems, proactive approach through use of technology.
• Strong communication skill to act both independently and within IT team, in a fast-changing mission-critical environment.
• Good attitude and ready to take on any relevant assignment, and the ability to learn and work smoothly.
• Local Japanese speaker JLPT N1-N2 is preferred.

Mobilisation Management:

• Lead and manage multiple Procurement Mobilisation activities for new accounts or extension to existing accounts.
• Define a solution-focused approach including understanding client and Mobilisation requirements and adapting or develop tools to meet these needs.
• Manage and ensure the Procurement processes are in accordance with the principles of JLL policy, Mobilisation Process Framework and vendor contract obligation.
• Plan, develop and own the project timelines, critical mobilisation tasks and objectives.
• Manage the procurement timelines are being align with Regional Mobilisation lead and client.
• Lead, communicate and manage a seamless mobilisation for the transfer of responsibility management of changes for vendor services from client service providers to JLL

Supply Chain.

• Mobilise and manage country procurement resource to execute client mobilisation.
• Own and lead projects calls with all stakeholders, including circulation of minutes of meeting and drive closure on open action items.
• Review and analyse on existing client vendor contracts and propose cost saving initiative.
• Preparing vendor’s KPI and as needed, draw down from client MSA.
• Prequalifying, monitoring and controlling vendors who can deliver on time and live up to JLL quality standards in the most cost efficient manner and match client contract requirement
• Lead contract saving deliverables: Collaborate with Country Operation and Procurement to deliver opportunity for the Account.
• Identify, develop and enhance vendor management programmes, tools and best practices to facilitate effective project coordination, resources planning and execution.
• Engage in direct pricing negotiation with service providers.
• Provide recommendation to resolve any vendor pricing issues that may arise.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and take ownership for business case accountability and lead regional implementation for project and vendor spend categories.
• Maintain a central database of all projects including Mobilisation and Optimisation.
• Identify and recruit account-dedicated sourcing team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Stakeholder management:

• Establish rapport and communicating channels with various stakeholders.
• Be the lead client contact relating to outsourced services, champion in updating Procurement Mobilisation resolving, escalate and resolve anticipated issues.
• Manage client expectations related to service providers and project timeline.
• Be the Procurement advisor to the internal stakeholder (account/site teams and business).
• Collaborate with other functions workstream lead as required. I.e. Legal, Finance, Engineering & Operations and Human Resources to establish an all rounded compliance that impact service providers.
