Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation
• Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,
• Monitor prepayment schedules
• Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips
• Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors
• Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder from Accountancy/Finance studies
• At least 3 years of financial and management reporting experience required
• Sound knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and GST

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set of Accounts Management: Independently manage the complete set of accounts for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. Professional qualifications such as ACCA are a plus.
• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of proven track record in full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL) and team supervision.
• Tax Guidance: Knowledge and experience in tax computation and advisory for clients will be highly advantageous.
• Ethics and Integrity: Honest and trustworthy, with a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Taxes.

Job Descriptions

The Associate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

· Preparing full set accounts for a portfolio of clients

· Preparing statutory financial statements and relevant supporting schedules

· Supporting outsource processing functions such as generating sales invoices and credit notes and processing vendor invoices, expense claims and payments

· Generating reports, including AR aging, P&L, balance sheets

· Preparing GST returns and basic tax computations

· Liaising with clients and answering simple queries

Job Requirements

· Diploma in accountancy or business with a strong interest in accounting

· Great attitude and takes initiative

· 1 to 4 years experience

· Fresh diploma graduates with an interest in developing a career in accounting are also welcome to apply

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Competent in using MS Excel and Word

· Knowledge of accounting software e.g Xero and Moneyworks would be an advantage

· Understanding the various manpower regulations of Singapore would be an advantage
