Duties of the HR & Admin Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general admin activities. Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies). Job Content

o Prepare monthly closing journal

o Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules

o Review monthly inventories ageing report for adequate NRV

o Control chart of a/c, review consistency, control a/c creation and archive

o Assist FM in annual insurance policy renewal review

o Audit review support (External and GCAD review)

o Ensure compliance to accounting standards

o Preparing and submit Benefit in Kind (BIK) - Car and Car-related Benefits

o Annual Statutory Accounts, XBRL

o Review of sales ledger and purchase ledger reconciliation
