• Position: Accounts Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES/TRAINING PROVIDED)

• Working hours: 5.25 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturday, 9am - 1pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Variable Bonus + Staff meal provided

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial and administrative records
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Organize and file important documents and records
• Handle emails and correspondence related to accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Relevant certificate in Accounting is required

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations

· Responsible for timely preparation of financial reports

· Perform general administration work, data entry, filing, documents packing

· Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities and track vendors payment record

· Keep a record of cheque payment and receivable details

Requirements

· Bilingual English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin Speaking suppliers and China colleagues)

· Self-driven and committed individual

· Work independently and meticulously

· Willingness to learn, take on added responsibilities for company and personal growth

Responsibilities

 Responsible for managing the full set of accounts

 Handle the preparation of month/year-end financial and

management reports

 Analyze and interpret financial results and the company's

performance

 Prepare month-end financial closing procedures and

conduct general ledger reconciliations

 Ensure compliance with internal control systems and

statutory financial regulations

 Provide supervision and guidance to team members to

promote cooperation and maintain high-quality records

and reports, meeting all deadlines

 Identify areas for process and procedure improvement to

enhance efficiency

 Monitor cash flow requirements and manage treasury

functions

 Handle Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations, and

depreciation journals

 Check, inspect, and reconcile bank deposits and payments

 Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general

ledger entries

 Ensure disbursement of funds align with approved budget

and allocation

 Review invoices and supporting documents from all site

offices (projects) and obtain approval for payment

processing

 Facilitate payments to suppliers and subcontractors

according to internal payment terms

 Prepare monthly supplier and customer statement

reconciliations

Any other HR / General administration duties as assigned.
