Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. Main Responsibilities

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report).
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees.
• Assist with the issuance of receipts.
• Providing fees computation for student contracts.
• Assist with refund status.
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and AR Report.
• Monthly FPS (Fee Protection Scheme) Insurance submission.
• Handling walk-in parents and queries.
• Manage and handle yearly audit.
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Position Requirement:

• A diploma / bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
• Team player and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles & comfortable managing high volume of manual data in multiple systems.
• Excellent English Language communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Excellent attention to detail & organised and methodical approach to tasks.
