Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparing sales invoices and providing administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain and update records to ensure our heavy machinery’ location is updated
• Ordering of transportation to deliver our heavy machinery
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts to streamline processes and resolve issues
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Finance Officer (AR)to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of AR functions
• Cash flow and invoicing
• In charge of Billing and Collection
• Accounts Receivable aging report
• Assist in audit process annually
• Timely closing for AR
• To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant AR experiences
