• Generate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / diploma in accountancy or any other relevent field
• At least 2 years of accounting experience. Working experience in construction sector is added advantage.
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail
• Candidates with prior experience with IFCA accounting software will have a significant advantage, but not a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial/full set of accounts.
• Prepare management reports such as P&L and Balance Sheet
• Handle GL functions and entries.
• Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.
• Proceed payment & update daily cash book.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Monitor and follow up on AR ageing in accordance with timeline.
• Any other finance ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authority when required!
• Ensure timely GST and income tax filing.
• Any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting software
• Pro-active and hands-on team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Meticulous and good problem solving and analytical skills.
