Job Description:

• Ensure the accurate inputting/posting of accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
• Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate's review on a timely basis
• Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
• Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
• Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
• Assist the senior associate to attend auditor's requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
• Have at least 2 years of working experience

• Manage daily accounting and costing tasks.
• Follow SOPs for AR and AP processes with accurate data entry.
• Handle purchase orders, verify goods, process invoices, and manage payments.
• Reconcile shipment records, issue tax invoices, and update accounts.
• Perform manual adjustments and manage fixed assets as directed.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors, teams, and banks, obtaining approval for adjustments.
• Manually compile costing data during machine breakdowns.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit activities.
• Support data compilation and analysis for management and auditor reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
• Basic understanding of AP, AR, and General Ledger (GL).
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel & SAP.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Role Description of Accounts Executive:

• Generate and issue sales invoices on a daily basis.
• Maintain a daily log for invoices and payments.
• Update daily records for sales and purchases, covering Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly maintenance and valuation of inventory.
• Handle monthly updates and valuation of physical fair values.
• Review and reclassify suspense accounts, ensuring accurate recording of freight costs in the system.
• Track and manage invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
