Responsibilities:

General Office Administration

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
• Vendor & Asset Management
• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.

Event Coordination

• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Coordinate catering and office gatherings as needed.

Administrative Support

• Oversee the part-time cleaner and ensure the cleanliness of the office and workshop
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders

Corporate Tasks

• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
• Facilitate the purchase of company gift vouchers and follow up with malls for procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
• No experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Communication skills in English and able to liaise with various stakeholders
• Positive attitude and willing to learn

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and advanced machine assembly works
• Develop mechanical testing jigs & fixtures and perform testing and validation of machines
• Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity
• Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability
• Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department
• Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of new machine models
• Perform machine mechanical setting and inspection checks according to YS standard
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine any kind of mechanical non conformance
• Perform machine final mechanical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc
• Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes
• Monitor the serviceability of measuring instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition
• Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience working in machine assembly environment
• A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge
• Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc)

Position: Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Trade Marketing (Maternity Cover)

Location: Singapore

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

· Fulfil the role of a member of the Trade Marketing department in areas not limited to the below:

o Develop, plan and manage trade marketing related functions

o Take charge of business activities aligned with objectives and in compliance with legal and policy requirements including activities executed by Trade Reps

o Manage HKTB in-house systems including the trade-related pages of DiscoverHongKong.com

· Implement effective trade tactical programs (including integrated promotions led by other function teams) via

o Develop innovative and actionable plans

o Solicit deals from partners in focus markets and Hong Kong

o Develop effective marketing plans to communicate with consumers

o Manage and motivate relevant parties in focus markets and Hong Kong

· Initiate and organise travel missions, trade briefings, travel fairs and related consumer & trade co-op programs

· Develop MICE market & business segment to generate MICE traffic to Hong Kong

· Establish and maintain rapport with travel trade through regular sales calls, product updates and other forms of engagements

· Keep up to date on market intelligence through a vigilant watch over travel trends, competitors’ activities, socio-economic, political developments in the markets of coverage and region as a whole

· Manage budgets to ensure execution of all programs are within budget. Perform accurate and timely tracking and reporting of all results and expenses

· Manage stock inventory

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· University degree holder, preferably in Tourism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

· Solid experience in tourism industry is a must

· Understanding of Hong Kong as tourist destination as well as prior exposures to Thailand and Vietnam markets are added advantage

· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

· Resourceful team player, result-oriented, self-motivated

· Able to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills

· Able to work under pressure and at hours outside the normal call of duty when necessary

· Good organisation skills, meticulous attention to details

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Occasional travelling may be required

· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Trade Marketing

LOCATION:

· The position is located in our Singapore Office

· We do not offer moving allowances from other cities
