Accounts Receivable Executive/Senior Executive

You will be responsible for managing Finance functions which include:

Responsibilities

· Manage Caritas Singapore donations in all physical and online payment portals

· Monthly billing to customers and contact for collection

· Perform weekly bank reconciliation

· Assist in administering Caritas Singapore and preparing vendors payment

· Prepare audit schedules and AR aging trial balance

· Perform monthly donation reconciliation for adherence to corporate governance and compliance guidelines to Commissioner of Charities.

· Manage Caritas fixed assets register

· Update GIRO list and prepare monthly GIRO collection

· Ensure timeliness of month-end accounts closing and preparation of finance schedules

· Assist in ad hoc duties where necessary.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience

· Meticulous, adaptable and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

· Experience in social service sectors will be an added advantage.

· Able to start work immediately or at short notice
