Finalization of Project

• Generate report to reflect the statistics of man-hours/ COGS/ operating expenses and update to system for future reference.
• Finalize payment and keep track of retention amount and time frame.
• Final settlement of payment and record project reference into “Completed projects”.

Administrative Duties/ Others

• Generating of invoices, payment vouchers and other related documents.
• Ensure neat and tidy book keeping.
• Assist with issuance of wages to workers and breaking down into the appropriate monetary denominations.
• Fulfil any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior/ Management.
• Reimbursement to employees / Petty cash.
• Generate weekly reports for Management review. (Progress Claim status, WIP and Accounts Receivable)
• Handle GST quarterly report and filing, Form C-S/C submission.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Oversees Logistics and Human Resource

• ACCA/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or it's equivalent
• Minimum 4 -5 years of experience
• Handling full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Generate ledger balances for reporting purposes.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and prepare quarterly financial reports for management.
• Handle tax and GST submissions.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audits
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills
• Experience in SAP software would be an added advantage
• 5 working days, East area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts (overseas) and compliance matters;
• Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients;
• In charge of all account’s payables and receivables;
• Liaise with subsidiary’s accounts team (overseas).
• Assist in preparation of yearly audits;
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned

Job Requirement:

• At least 1-2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related filed.
• Must be able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• Vietnamese language is an added advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to do follow up on simple accounts in and out

Responsibilities of Accounts Clerk

1. Handles and monitor financial transactions including invoices, receipts and payments.

2. Submission of GST tax filling and other statutory filings in a accurately & timely manner.

3. Review and reconcile accounts, process payments to suppliers, external partners and maintains an up- to date records of invoices and receipts.

4. Handles bank transactions and keep track on Company’s cashflow, incomes and expenses.

5. Manage and monitor daily cashflow and update transactions in cash book accurately & timely and provide recommendations based on cash flow and budget analyses.

6. Process payroll and handles CPF matters.

7. Co-ordinate and liaise with quantity Surveyor for operational matters.

8. Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

9. Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors for year-end financial audits.

10. Perform other accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or its equivalent

· Have at least 2 years of experience in managing full set of accounts for construction company

· Able to assist with cash flow forecasting to anticipate and manage future cash needs

· Have strong mathematical skills and attention to details.

· Able to work independently and have a positive mindset and attitude to accept any new challenges.
