Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform and manage Accounts functions (eg. Tracking of transactions, AP, AR, GST submission & etc) and General Administrative duties (eg. data entry, clerical duties & etc)
• Prepare documentations (eg. billings/invoices, SOA & etc)
• Knowledge and able to handle Basic Accounting
• Liaising with clients and vendors when required
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• English and Mandarin Proficiency
• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Able to perform Full Set of Accounts will be added advantage
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE / Diploma / Professional Certification in related field (eg. Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Administration) are welcome to apply
• Relevant experiences will be added advantage
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBLITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

· 2 to 3 years’ work experience as an Accounts Assistant

· Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures

· Familiarity with finance regulations

· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

· Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accordingly

· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
