Job Scope:

• Supervise and guide suppliers and contractors on-site.
• Receive and store materials properly.
• Check and exchange life-saving equipment like lifejackets and liferafts with the customer when needed.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Deliver and collect materials to/from customer units at naval bases.
• Conduct regular inventory checks as per procedures.
• Refuel ships with high-speed diesel.
• Handle and dispose of materials according to safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:
* Preferably possess Class 3 or Forklift license

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Supervise all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Keep accurate financial records and validate data integrity.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately kept and recorded.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Responsible for GST submissions and other statutory filings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage accounts for other regional offices.
• Perform additional financial and accounting tasks as necessary.
