RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder provides support and assistance to the Director of Nursing in sustaining the standards of nursing practice; ensuring safe, high-quality, efficient and cost effective care is delivered to residents and their families. He/She is responsible for staff development and professional growth of the nurses. Supervise Nurse Clinicians/Nurse Educators to ensure that clinical quality standards and competencies of staff are maintained.
