Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in Accounting Software

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

- Excellent Communication and Organizational Abilities

- Able to work independently and confidently

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely monthly and annual management/statutory reports including its monthly schedules on a monthly basis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processing.
• Oversee and streamline accounts payable and account receivable processes.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with proper internal controls and procedures
• Ensure that all matters pertaining to banking, auditing, taxation and statutory requirements are properly managed.
• To provide and execute a full range of organisational support services to meet the day-to-day and ad-hoc activities of Finance Department

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other professional qualification
• At least 3 years of working experience in full set accounting
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, etc)
• Has initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
• Meticulous, attention to details is a must
• Singaporeans or PR
