ClearSK, a leading medical aesthetic group, invites you to join our Management Trainee Scheme (MTS) as an Assistant Marketing Manager. In this unique role, you’ll be personally groomed by our Marketing Director to achieve accelerated promotions to Deputy Manager and Marketing Manager within 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, optimizing content for maximum engagement.
• Drive Customer Engagement: engage online and over calls to convert inquiries into bookings or sales.
• Collaborate & Create: Work with our creative team to produce compelling visual and video content for branding and promotional activities.
• Innovate in Marketing Technologies: Stay ahead of trends, integrating cutting-edge marketing tools to boost performance.
• Execute Sales Events and Promotion campaigns in clinic: Plan and implement in-house marketing events and drive online sales campaigns.
• Develop eCommerce Strategies: Spearhead projects for eShop development and customer reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to converse in Chinese as an added advantage.
• Experience in multimedia content creation (photography, videography, editing).
• A passion for innovation and technology in marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail in producing and editing multimedia content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.

• To undertake specific tasks or projects promoting good clinical care in the hospital.
• Manage medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution
• Manage claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organization
• Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of the latest industry trends and issues
• Serve as a Secretariat to the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)
• Manage ad hoc projects

Requirement :

• Experience in case handling
• Keen to move to a corporate role
• Degree in Nursing or equivalent
