It includes analyzing transaction records to ensure compliance with financial policies, verifying and processing billing and requisitions for goods and services and ensuring timely client payments. You will also be responsible for overseeing outstanding obligations with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors, processing and storing bank deposits and invoices, and preparing and submitting tax documentation. The role requires updating accounting databases, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, ordering the pantry item and etc.

• Provide accounting support to the accounting department (e.g. assist to meet month end closing and reporting deadlines)

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

• Liaise with internal departments for reports and various supporting documents

• Manage reimbursement of staff expense claims

• Any adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
