Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
• Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
• Assist team on project coordination if required
• Assist team on submitting permit to work application to landlord before projects commence

• Part-Time Accelerator Assistant
• Work From Home
• Hourly Rate (1-3hours per week)
• 12-months contract (Feb 2025 - Mar 2026)
• Changi Airport
• $12-$13/per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with internal clients / colleagues on their use case consultations with the Accelerator and Power Platform Centre of Excellence
• Reach out via email or Microsoft (MS) Teams chat / call to check on their progress in implementing the solutions that the Accelerator has discussed and identify any challenges they may be facing, and to get the team’s assessment of the impact of their deployed solutions
• Communicate with clients if required
• Keep detailed records of the conversations and update the Accelerator team on the latest situation and the next steps
• Assist in the organizing of Accelerator webinars, including management of the invitations, and tracking & visualizing the feedback

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as Admin or any related.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and extensive knowledge of email and MS Teams etiquette
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• PC Literate
