Responsibilities

• Preparation of accounting and financial reports in compliance with financial policy to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit.

A well established Family Clinic @ 668 Chander Road, Little India is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Clinic Assistant.

Your Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients, answering phone calls, packing & dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Scheduling appointments for patients when required
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Doctor

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O/A Level
• Computer savvy

Admin Assitant Responsibilities:

To prepare necessary documents required for Arrival and deployment of domestic helpers

To coordinate with overseas suppliers

To update the list of availability of helpers

To assist the sales team with admin work

Able to do simple accounting

Requirements:

With experience working in Maid agency/ Sales admin will be an advantage

Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.

Good communication skills with good customer service

Responsible and meticulous at work

Able to multi-task & meet datelines

Friendly and willing to learn attitude!
