Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He / She is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, payment, data compilation, and other accounting tasks.

The role needs to handle full sets of accounts including preparation of bank reconciliation statements, requested schedules for management reporting and for audit purpose.

Assist Manager to ensure control over account related documents and records to external parties, i.e. bankers, auditors and authorities, assist to monitor cashflow position and control over payments to suppliers.

Assist in implementation of company's policies regarding Integrated Management System for ISO requirements at all levels and ensure compliance and to satisfy internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for our clients
• Perform timely closing of monthly & yearly accounts and preparation of GST returns
• Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Prepare salary listing, fixed assets register and bank reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules for auditors

Job Requirements:

• Experience preparing full-set accounts in accounting firm
• LCCI Level 3 / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• Software guidance will be provided
• Able to start immediately
