• Monitor the performance of contracts through KPIs, ensuring that key deliverables are met, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management.
• Identify potential risks in contracts, pricing, and operations, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests and maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Proven track record in managing contract logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, vendors, and service providers to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Main duties

• In charge of the raw material store, handle and prepare materials to support production.
• Receiving of raw material and ensure materials are properly stored and managed
• Perform GRN, maintain and control stock inventory using NAVISION system
• Practise good housekeeping at all times
• Periodic stock take for audits

Requirements:

• Possess a forklift license and confident to operate forklift
• Able to operate reach truck stacker an added advantage
• Can read and speak simple English
• Basic computer knowledge, training will be provided to use Navision system for inventory update
• 5 days work week
• 8am to 5.30pm (overtime hours available)
• No shift work
• 1 to 2 years experience preferred, no experience will be considered
