Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (transport provided at various pickup points island wide)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 (Basic) + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and manage invoices and payment cycles.
• Handle vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closings.
• Maintain ledger accounts and generate financial reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to financial controls.
• Support in audits and participate in finance projects as needed.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
