Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Issuing invoices, statement of accounts and reminders
• Issuing payments to suppliers
• Prepare and submit of GST
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors
• Attend to owners on enquires regarding their statement
• Supervise and guide Accounts Assistants
• Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques from clients

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting related
• At least 1-2 years of Accounting work experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous, resourceful & motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Managing and updating relevant documentation such as claims and etc.

- Prepare payment vouchers, data entry, photocopy and scan documents

- Checking of invoices received

- Basic Accounting knowledge

- Assist accounting data entry

- Maintain online Accounting system database

- Any other administration or accounting duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least LCCI.

- Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word.

- Proficient in MYOB software will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

• Handle AP/AR issues
• Assist in the closing of monthly accounts, timely and in accordance to the guidelines of the HQ
• Produce and maintain the monthly reports for various heads of department
• Prepares ad-hoc analyze/reports and attends to queries as and when required
• Assist in the preparation of audit & tax schedules
• Other work as required by management from time to time
