• Report to Credit Manager on Debtors over normal terms and follow up closely in this situation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Competent in PC accounting software
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
• High sense of integrity
• Independent and meticulous

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Personnels with more than 5 years of managerial experiences in accounting or finance will be considered for the managerial position.

Responsibilities :

- Handle Full Set of Accounts, including AR/AP and GL

- Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and Reports

- Reconcile Bank Statements and manage Cash Flow

- Manage Tax Filings and Financial Audits

- Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Standards

- Able to meet reasonable Deadlines

- Assist Director in confidential stuff

Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in Accounting Software

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

- Excellent Communication and Organizational Abilities

- Able to work independently and confidently
