Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monthly and Year-End Closing: Coordinate the monthly and year-end closing of financial accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation.
• Maintain Accurate Accounting Records: Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, procurement, and operations to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives. Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations
• Financial Documentation: Oversee the preparation and filing of all necessary financial documentation and contracts.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by senior management, investors, or other stakeholders.
• Financial Systems: Utilize and manage financial software tools for accounting, budgeting, and reporting (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Automation: Work on automating financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
• Banking and Financial Institutions: Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and investors to secure financing, monitor cash flow, and ensure optimal financial operations.
• Government Authorities: Interact with tax authorities, regulators, and other government bodies to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Auditors: Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Business Central
• Candidate who is able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Executive level

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
• Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives
• Scheduling, Monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
• Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
• Prepare and filing XBRL financial statements on behalf of Clients
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)
• At least 5 years relevant experience with a senior role experience
• Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
• Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Bank

Reconciliations

* Responsible for managing & processing invoices for payment

* Ensure all AP transactions are processed timely and accurately

* Participate in the annual financial audit, assisting with the company's audit documentation and

financial reporting

* Knowledge with GST submission

* Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately

* Ensure suppliers, staff salary and contract workers are paid in a timely manner

* Monthly statement of account reporting to Directors

* Ensure company's compliance with Singapore accounting requirements

Job Requirements:
