RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Finance Manager and is responsible in the efficient and effective function in Accounts Payable.

• Diploma in Accountancy /CAT / ACCA / other relevant qualification in Accounting

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts

• Able to work independently, initiative and a team player

• Ability to multi-task, meticulous and high attention to detail

• Possess good work ethic

• Innovative and able to adapt to industry changes

• Computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS Office (excel with PivotTables, VLookup & etc)

• Familiar with SAP S4/Hana

• Prior some Admin/Account experience shall be an advantage.

• Able to start work with short notice / immediately

[Main duties and responsibilities]

• Handle AP/ AR/ Invoicing/ Payments/ Collections up to month end closing.
• Prepare closing journals entry, update all balance sheet related schedules.
• Check staff claims.
• Manage Fixed Assets Register and Assests under Construction.
• Preparation of GST & tax for filing.
• Assist with SAP software implementation.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company balances.
• Provide support to the superiors in analysis and study of ad-hoc projects.
• Any other assignments from time to time.

[Job Requirements]

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial Accounting
• Mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
