Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including preparing invoices, verifying sales, managing month-end closing, and performing account reconciliation.
• Prepare and process various documents, such as Invoices (Credit and Cash Terms) and Credit Notes.
• Track and monitor collections and payments, updating the Aging List for the Sales team to follow up where necessary.
• Reconcile outstanding payments, resolve billing disputes, and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Assist with Stock Management, including tracking daily stock movements and managing monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of AR, AP, and GL transactions into the accounting system.

Job Responsibilities:

Minutes of meeting experience and Diploma is a must

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.

4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and address overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an up-to-date aging report.
• Support month-end closing activities, including transaction recording, posting journal entries, and assisting with bank reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute monthly account statements to customers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling emails, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level certification or equivalent; accounting-related qualifications are an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
