Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and proposals in line with client specifications.
• Collaborate with HQ Business Solutions to support tender submissions for KSA (Key Strategic Account) clients.
• Provide KSA volume and revenue data to assist management decision-making.
• Manage large, complex projects to meet objectives within scope, time, budget, and resources.
• Adhere to project timelines, conducting internal reviews before submission.
• Maintain tender document records and manage business development activities to increase market share.
• Build regional relationships with stakeholders and clients to drive business growth.
• Identify supply chain gaps and develop solutions to improve operations.
• Oversee project management methodology and risk management processes.
• Conduct project reviews, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver quality project documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
• Coordinate with project sponsors and stakeholders to forecast resource needs and ensure project success.
• Engage clients to align solutions with their needs.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for KSA clients.
• Forecast customer needs and lead discussions to finalize requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Key Account Management within 3PL Contract Logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage
