• Manage full set of Account Payable for shipment including invoice and PO matching, data entry of invoices, payment voucher and supplier recon.
• Perform month end closing journal and schedule.
• Perform store’s stock take reconciliation and verification.
• Support warehouse’s inventory count.
• Support company’s events when required.
• Assists in year-end audit.
• Assists in filing and other administrative work.
• Ad-hoc assignments from Accountant / Financial Controller.

Job Duties:

· Assist in AP and AR duties –invoicing, collection of payments, update datasheet and entering the bills

· Perform administrative and office support activities.

· Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

· Basic accounting knowledge

· 2 years of active work experience in either account or admin roles preferably accounts role

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
