Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support children’s academic and development activities, including supervising studies, assisting with homework and other educational activities.
• Coordinate and organize the children’s extracurricular activities and tutoring sessions.
• Assist in managing communication between the family and international school for children, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• School pick up/drop off. Ensuring all academic and activity schedules are well-arranged.
• Handle personal errands and administrative tasks assigned.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc matters as requested by the family.

Qualifications：

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and above. Good command at spoken and written of both Chinese and English.
• Be proactive, anticipate needs, high sense of responsibility with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• 6-day work week. Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to the family’s needs.
• A driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
