Responsible for full spectrum of accounting (such as General Ledger, Inventories, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions):

• Perform recording of accounting transactions and analyse financial information, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and supporting schedules
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare Singapore GST returns and assist with tax compliance matters
• Coordinate with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and government authorities, where required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as preparation of financial statements in XBRL format)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply. Working experience in an accounting firm will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of accounting software (such as XERO and QuickBooks) is an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines

• Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, financial and management reporting for the holding company.
• Tasked with overseeing the billing activities between affiliated companies.
• Oversee the processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Enter and handle daily bank transactions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal controls. Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and reviewing tax returns and forms. Support the coordination of tax filling with Singapore tax agent.
• Team support - collaborate with the finance teams under the group, provide assistance and guidance, and support the financial controller in various financial tasks and projects.
