Responsibilities

Accounts cum Admin - Kaki Bukit

• Keep precise financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure prompt and accurate payment processing, with transaction records maintained.
• Process and verify invoices in the financial system, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Research and source vendors for construction projects, negotiate terms, and ensure quality standards are met.

Accounts Executive - Clark Quay

• Manage the complete set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Generate ledger balances for reporting purposes.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and prepare quarterly financial reports for management.
• Process a high volume of payments through the e-banking system.
• Handle tax and GST submissions.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audits.
• Prepare payroll, submit Employment Income, and manage claims for government-paid leaves.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
