JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To handle all spectrums of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Data entries, invoice processing, payments, receipts, claims and vouchers etc).
• Perform journal entries for various financial transactions, such as accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Assist in month-end activities, including GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly GST report.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Assist Accountant on all accounts related activities and responsibilities.
• Assist in maintain and update company database and filing systems.
• Assist in daily administration, office maintenance, IT matters, mails, couriers, insurance renewal and any administration requirements.
• Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned.

Accounts Payables

- Oversee Accounts Payable shared service function and operations to ensure timely recognition of business expenses.

- Responsible for the adherence and compliance to Group Accounting Policies and other Group Policies

- Responsible for GR/IR clearing & reconciliation

- Responsible for AP Travel and Entertainment claims vouching

Profile
