Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily AP operation activities, timely processing of invoices and payments
• Liaise with AP related issues with relevant department
• Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).
• Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.
• Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.
• Assist on day-to-day office and admin duties such as filling documents, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Other ad hoc as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum CAT/LCCI/ITE Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
