We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both accounting and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Accounts Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, fixed assets register and staff claims

● Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

● Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

● Accounts Receivables Followup

Admin Support:

● Provide administrative support to the team including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.

● Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.

● Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.

● Assist in recruitment processes and co-ordinate onboarding programme

Compliance and Documentation:

● Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

● Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory filings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily Giro
• input giro application into AX system
• Submit Giro application to bank
• Liaise with collection teams on Giro and collection matters
• Establishment of rule and procedure in operation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• With 1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant field
• Experience in GIRO is a must.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting firm
• Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative and accounting tasks
• Keep good records of the documentation
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statement, invoice issued etc.)
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
