· Full set of Accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, Payroll & etc)

· Plan, oversee overall accounting strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle partial sets of accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Manage and monitor customer payments, sending out Statements of Accounts (SOA) and following up on outstanding payments.
• Record receipts, payments, journal vouchers, debit/credit notes in a timely manner.
• File and organize hardcopy financial documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform additional ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as required.

They are hiring for an accounts assistant, this position is responsible for providing support to the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of AR / AP
• Data entry in Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
• Prepare and process payment after approval
• To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing and accounts reconciliation
• Handle month-end closing of books of accounts
• Check and tally Trial Balance Account involved between Quickbooks and NC Accounting System
• Prepare monthly accounting reports
• Ad-hoc account-related tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Preferred knowledge of QuickBooks software / NC Accounting System
• At least 1 year experience in related field

· Quarterly GST Submission

REQUIREMENT

· Degree in Accountancy
