· Prepare Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Promotion letters, Termination letters

· Involves in monthly PAYROLL processing and computations.

Job Description:

• Process Accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and GST regulations
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on-hold issues
• Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
• Mandarin speaking candidate as s/he needs to handle China stakeholders and counterparts
• Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
• Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and MS Excel will be an added advantage

Crossinvest (Asia) is an award-winning Wealth & Asset Manager in Singapore, with almost 40 years of Swiss heritage (https://crossinvest.sg/); and we are looking to hire another full-time Client Accounts Manager to join our Middle Office team in our Singapore office, to work with the Client Relationship Managers in account administrations/operational support for HNW/UHNW international clients.

Job Description:

• Assist and support Senior Client Relationship Managers to manage high-net-worth international client relationships
• Be the primary contact for client-related administrative tasks and duties including trade order placing, FX, loan rollovers, bank documentations, etc
• Liaise with Private Banks on behalf of the clients as well as on behalf of the Senior Client Relationship Managers
• Attend to all client-related queries, transactions and services
• Perform regular bank/account data reconciliations, portfolio rebalancing, placing, monitoring and managing investment orders
• Provide general administrative and operational office support
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as and when assigned
• Support Client Relationship Manager in calendar management of client appointments

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or PR only
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the private or affluent retail banking/wealth management or asset management space
• Basic understanding & experience across multiple asset classes
• Proficient in Excel; skilled in Microsoft office apps
• High quality service-oriented mind-set with an eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English primarily; additional languages preferred)
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as be a strong team player
• Quick learner in new portfolio management & trading systems
• Industry qualifications preferred: e.g. CACS Paper 1 & 2; CMFAS Module 3; CFA L1 etc (but not essential)
• This role requires daily on-site office attendances (no regular WFH options)
