• Perform Ariba recon check on POP, SGD currency with TT bank accounts and foreign currency with GIRO accounts etc.
• Review of vendors with more than 2 bank accounts
• Perform pre & post-check analysis which include:

- Review the validity of denied and resolved cases
- Perform POP, DDA and invoice no. format pre-check
- Perform duplicate check on NPO & PO cases
- Review the inputs accuracy for MIRO posting

• Enhance user guides and SOP
• Support in process improvement projects

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy, CPA/CA preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience in an auditing firm will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of SAP S4 Hana.
• Possess good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and process improvement mindset.

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Able to handle full set of accounts for a SME Company
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
• Preparation of monthly vessel disbursements.
• Monthly bank reconciliation & GST submission.
• Timely & accurate month end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Maintain good documentation and proper filing system.
• Submission & preparation of year-end audit and financial report.

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Responsible for AR, AP, GL, GST etc (low transactions).
• Handle Monthly Vessel Disbursements.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Good communication skills for both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS-Office and ABSS Accounting Software.
• Meticulous, good initiative, friendly and responsible.

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Harboufront MRT

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm

Responsibilities

1. Process payables and post transactions to the ledgers via VIM on a timely basis.
2. Assists in preparing supporting documents and reconciles the GL accounts to the sub-ledgers.
3. Assists in month-end closing activities.
4. Participate in quarterly/annual physical stockcount exercise.
5. Any other duties as assigned.
6. Min diploma in accountancy and 2 years relevant working experience.

• To perform Accounts Receivable activities for the assigned vendors, distributors and customers.
• Cost accounting
• To perform the Ship & Debit uploading and validation process of the assigned distributors.
• To assist in inventory count with the vendors and inventory reconciliation.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor, Manager or Director.
• Oracle system and projects testing and implementation

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of Accounting experience.
• Diploma / Degree is preferred or pursuing equivalent with relevant hands-on experience.
