What we need:

Reporting to Senior Vice President, Go To Market, this role will develop and implement a sales strategy that covers all the regional territories where Digital Edge has a presence and aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. This strategy includes identifying target markets, developing pricing strategies, and create sales tactics for promoting the company’s products and services. This role will be based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve company / country sales, revenue and margin objectives
• Promote DE platform, through value proposition and solution-based selling
• Provide global sales alignment, coaching and training to sales team
• Manage hiring decisions, quarterly employee reviews, performance evaluations
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional growth plan
• Manage team’s account plans for key prospects and customers
• Provide accurate revenue forecasting and opportunity management
• Maintain operational discipline as per Sales Operations guidelines

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Competitive personality with demonstrated articulate consultative capability
• 20+ years relevant sales experience in prior sales leadership roles with specific experience selling data centres, powered shell, pre-lease data centres
• Technical understanding of data centre infrastructure, high density computer environments, networking, cloud connectivity
• Proven track record of building business strategy, partner enablement, creating measurable metrics to deliver on key strategies for customers
• Experience working in a matrix organization

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly Bank, AP & AR & fixed asset & inventory reconciliations.
• Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
• Responsible for processing all student receipts and refunds.
• Responsible for updating the receipt batch and prepare the necessary paperwork for banking and filing purposes.
• Reviewing student files for action.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
• Prepare periodic tax return filings for both direct and indirect taxes
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

Accounts Executive (AP)

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

-Supports in the development and production of management reporting related to among others but not limited to:

-P&L, B/S and Cashflow, particularly on AP:

Ownership of execution of Accounts Payables

-Registration of adhoc non-PO invoices

-Reconciling of PO invoices via the Group’s middleman software

- Reconciling of invoices with third party vendors

- Ensuring accuracy of tax impacts on vendor invoices

- Preparation of weekly payment runs via system and bank for PO/non-PO invoices

- Monthly AP reconciliation to suppliers' SOA

Periodic activities:

- Support the monthly financial statement close process particularly on AP/food costs

- Filing of invoices (when applicable)

- Ensure all AP documentations are readily available during year end audit

- Continuously drives improvements allowing the (Finance) organization to keep up with the fast changing and dynamic environment

- Demonstrates ability to operate in a fast-changing environment including the possibility of an implementation of a new ERP system
