Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding debts and proactively initiate reminders to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Generate and dispatch monthly statements.
• Reconcile receipts and allocation of receipts to relevant accounts and invoices.
• Attend to customers’ queries on billing and payment etc.
• Aid in the preparation and submission of quarterly GST.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Overview: -

• Basic UP $1750 - $2500 (Depending Relevant Experience) + $250 (Fixed Allowance)
• Tuas (West)
• 5 days work week, Mon-Fri.
• Shift 1: 8:15am – 5:30pm; Shift 2: 10:45am – 8pm (Shift 1 rotation on every third week basis)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Verify the accuracy of all documents and invoice details prior to settlement, including cross-checking our delivery orders with the customer's goods receiving notes.
• Identify reasons for any unresolved shipments, particularly regarding cash and load discrepancies, and reconcile with drivers, sales personnel, and other departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Complete settlement for all shipments daily.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices for billing purposes to the accounts receivable department.
