Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and email.
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
• Oversee petty cash.
• Maintain office stationery supplies.

• Organize and dispatch sales invoices to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: LCCI Higher Accounting.
• Prior experience in Club2000E software is preferred
• Prior experience in a country club or similar environment is preferred.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
• 5.5 days work week
