Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead regular credit and accounts receivable (AR) review meetings with business units and sales teams to resolve overdue accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve issues.
• Review and process new customer account applications, updating details and credit limits in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP, coordinating with the sales department to address overdue accounts.
• Distribute invoices, account statements, reminders, and confirmation letters as needed.
• Reconcile and confirm customer accounts.
• Prepare collection and AR status reports for management and headquarters.
• Work with insurers to apply for trade credit insurance for customers with credit terms.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience.
